The AJKA-I USA is Sprinting Forward!

2011 was filled with great memories and outstanding success compiled with high caliber training seminars with world class instructors, traditional Shobu-Ippon tournaments, and the great success of our annual training by the beach - Camp Shotokan. Now, 2011 is well into the history books while 2012 is proceeding forward with bigger, better, and more great events!

COMING THIS MAY IS THE ORGANIZATION'S 40TH RIVERSIDE SHOTOKAN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!

The Riverside Shotokan Karate Championship has been an long-standing Shotokan tournament here in the United States. This year, there wil be special black belt open kata divisions will be held for all ages of any traditional Japanese karate styles. This tournament will be serving as the USA Shotokan Karate Team Try-outs for the 2013 International Tournaments. Karate is not supose to be segregated. AJKA-I uses events such as this one to bring unity to the worldwide community of karate practitioners. We hope you will join us on May 19th, in the city of Riverside, CA for this great event!
